How to JOIN Oregon Moving & Storage Association

 1      Rules & procedural items (including packing materials & labor costs); includes Expedited Mileage Rates
 2      Mileage rates
 3      Hourly rates for such areas as Portland, Eugene, Salem, Medford, Klamath Falls, Astoria, Coos Bay.

                                 Apply for authority with ODOT, after figuring out what territory you want.

 Download our Code of Ethics (DOE) and Power of Attorney form (POA), sign & return to us.

 Membership dues are approx $44.09 per month; first month dues of $69.09 include the expenses of setting you up as a member.    We will publish you in Tariff OMSA200 & our website, as well as add you to our members emailing list.  We we hold monthly meetings at the OTA office in Milwaukee to discuss issue affecting the household goods industry.

The things we will need:
1.  Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
2.  Signed COE and POA.  Code of Ethics  Power of Attorney
3.  Certificate of authority from ODOT.

1.  TR37 – General Information For Moving Household Goods In Oregon   Product # TR37
2.  Household Goods Bill of Lading – Product # 50

Once we have confirmed that you have satisfied ODOT’s requirements for authority, we can move forward with publishing you in our OMSA 200 tariff, activating your membership.
